H. James Forbes, MD, a well-respected orthopaedic surgeon in the Concord community for more than 25 years, founded Quality Orthopaedic Care, P.C. in August of 1995.  His goal is to provide his patients with the highest quality orthopaedic care in a patient-friendly and personal setting.

Scott R. Devanny, MD, a personable and energetic orthopaedic surgeon from Cleveland, joined Quality Orthopaedic Care, P.C.  in 1998.

In December of 1998, the practice moved to the Memorial Building on the Concord Hospital campus. This location offers the patient ample parking, easy handicap access, and the convenience of all hospital services within walking distance. The office features on-site x-rays and a casting room.

Robert S. Cummings, Jr., MD, a highly regarded orthopaedic surgeon from Lowell, MA, joined Quality Orthopaedic Care, P.C. in July of 2003. 

Doctor Devanny and Doctor Cummings both share the same work ethic as Doctor Forbes, and feel that patient satisfaction is a priority.
