Follow I-93 South to Exit 14. At bottom of ramp, take a right onto Bridge Street. At the next big intersection, turn left onto Main Street. Go ¼ mile to Pleasant Street (1st traffic light) and take a right. Stay on Pleasant Street for 1.4 miles (follow blue H signs) then take a right onto Concord Hospital campus. Proceed to top of the hill (you will pass the entrance for the Emergency Room.) Take next left into parking lot E. The Memorial building will be directly in front of you - next to visitor parking for the hospital. We are located on the side of the building closest to the hospital (left side of building.) Suite 106 is on the 1st floor (the level you will access from parking lot E.)
From South
Follow I-93 to I-89 to Exit 2. At bottom of ramp take a right onto Clinton Street and proceed .7 mile to left on Langley Parkway. Proceed onto Concord Hospital Campus to the top of the hill. Follow sign for Medical Offices. Take right toward Health South and go to the end of the road. Take a right and then take your 2nd right into parking lot E. The Memorial building will be directly in front of you right next to visitor parking for the hospital. We are located on the side of the building closest to the hospital (left side of building.) Suite 106 is on the 1st floor (the level you will access from parking lot E.)
From East
Follow Routes 4/9/202 to I-393. Follow to traffic lights at Main Street and turn left onto Main Street. Stay on Main Street for 2 miles and take a right on Pleasant Street (4th traffic light). Take a right onto Pleasant Street. Stay on Pleasant Street for 1.4 miles (follow blue H signs) then take a right onto Concord Hospital campus and follow sign for Emergency Room. Proceed to top of the hill (you will pass the entrance for the Emergency Room.) Take next left into parking lot E.
